I need to lose some pounds
I need to lose some weight before my big day in September. I'm 180 after having my daughter in June of 2016. I don't eat a lot of sweets very often. I drink a lot of tea and I do have a pop or two a day. I have cut out pop as of today. wish me luck on that part. I try my hardest to not over eat or eat healthier snacks. I don't have time to go to a gym. I need something that is going to help me shed a few pounds i was 150 before i had my daughter. I'm 5' 8" and im 23 I was at a healthy IBM before I had her what can I do
