Low back n hip pain?
Lately ive noticed my left hip get this uncomfortable slightly painful feeling. It’s usually when I move it ever so slightly in a specific position when standing or in bed or even sitting sometimes. I’ve also noticed low back pain now too. Does anyone else have this problem? I wonder if it’s related to my pregnancy or if I did something to myself? Im 7 weeks, I figured that would be to early for the type of aches? Idk?
