For science everyone gets an aquatic pet. I was thinking I want a snapping turtle. My teacher said we can keep it at school and only take it home during breaks. (summer, christmas, etc.) but it’s our responsibility for as long as it’s alive (grade 9-12). I’ve wanted a turtle for a while but...I’m not sure I want to make a commitment like that. I might regret it when I’m in 12th grade! Basically what I’m asking from you guys is...do you think it’s a good idea to get a turtle? are they a big commitment? how much work are they? will i regret having a turtle? 🤔
