Weird pain?

I get a stabbing like pain on the right side of my pelvic when im about to pee or when i yawn or sneeze. i sometimes even feel it when i move in certain positions. i believe its an urinary tract infection but im not 100% sure. i just got off antibiotics for bv a few days ago. and my period is late. has anyone been through this before? what could it be? if its an urinary tract, how do i treat it?
