I need eBay advice

For those of you who don't know, I hatch birds. I just hatched chickens and I want to hatch quail.

I ordered quail eggs and you know how you get that tracking number... well I didn't get that so I messaged the seller. He said he's waiting on boxes to ship the eggs because he triple boxes them. Well.. it's been 6 days and he still hasn't shipped my eggs. I messaged him again and he says he's still waiting on boxes.

I'm kind of stressing about this. They we're originally supposed to show up tomorrow. He's promising fresh eggs with this too.

He has 100% positive feedback from over 90 users. None of which seemed to have this problem with him. So idk if I should just give him more time or claim my money back because he's not shipping the eggs.

If I give him more time how much time should I give?
