Would you forgive her ?

Would you forgive an old friend that abandoned you for a guy ... but ! When she comes out to apologize she tells you he was controlling , and physically abusive . Always threatened her when she tried to leave... would you forgive your old friend ? Even tho she missed out on your daughter after she was born, but was there the whole pregnancy...

The friend is me .. and I feel like my old best friend won’t forgive me . Or like I’m making it up .. but I’m really not 😢 I just told her husbands cousin, (who she’s close with) and he basically told me i shouldn’t of let him do that to me . But I couldn’t get out for a while it was hard ... but it’s like, I got out now . I’m back and trying to regain myself .. should I even come to her and ask her for forgiveness ? Or what
