Am I Pregnant??😓

I took 5 tests on the 4th (my pre-period days) which were all negative, I had sex with my partner throughout my fertile window, for the past 2 weeks my breasts have been swollen, nipples are sore and occasionally itchy, I have cramping and I also get like little spasms in my lower stomach, all this is unusual, I have also been getting headaches and migraines on and off. I took a test today and I’m pretty sure it’s negative, am I pregnant or is something wrong with me, my period is 1 day late btw.
