Can I not maintain a pregnancy?

Question

Second mc/chemical at 4 weeks, I started bleeding again at the exact same time. Is it possible to get pregnant easily but not be able to keep the pregnancy? I’m only 24 I don’t take any medication and I’m healthy other than being a bit overweight. I want children so bad but I don’t wanna be selfish and keep conceiving if I’m gonna lose my babies. Any advice or similar experiences please 😔

It is very possible i had 4 misscarages before i got pregnant with my daughter had a very healthy pregnancy gave birth to her a little early @ 37 wks & 3 days no explanation but she was healthy and then 4 months later was pregnant with my son again a very healthy pregnancy had him @ 38 wks & 5 days healthy and they are 4yrs and 3yrs old now and last july i had a loss @ 7 wks pregnant Dont lose hope anything is possible

Same thing happened to me last month at 4weeks and 5 days and I’m close to losing my mind . It’s really hard to deal with .

chemical pregnancies are super common but most ppl (outside of this app) arent testing early all the time and never know they had one. i know its hard but you could wait longer to test if you dont want to know when this happens. going to the dr is always a good idea to double check all is ok

Go to a gyna and get blood tests taken and a scan of your uterus and the results from the blood tests will show you why you are having the miscarriage and the doctor can give you medication depending on the outcome of the results of the blood tests. All the best

I have read that having two chemical pregnancies in a row is not all that uncommon, and usually doesn’t point out any big problems. It is really hard emotionally to go through what you are experiencing, but I do not think that there are any physical issues. However, I am not a doctor and if you are worried definitely check with yours - if for no other reason than peace of mind! I’m so sorry to hear about what has happened. :(
