Ava Bracelet

Has anyone used the Ava Bracelet? I’m interested in it to track my cycles and just see what my body is doing. But it is SO expensive! Are opk test strips just as good as tracking? (I found a lot of 60 opk strips and 30 pregnancy test strips for like $20) i just recently stopped taking my birth control and I’ve never really checked to see what my body does naturally. But i did get to see a LH surge this last month! We are trying to conceive, but I’m completely clueless to how to best go about it? 😂😂 This is the first time for both of us.
