Fatigue
On Tuesday I felt dizzy at work so I went home to rest. Wednesday and Thursday I took off work because I feel super hot even though I don't have a fever and mildly lightheaded. I feel like I may have a bit of a headache but I really just feel weak and tired. I'm 18 weeks pregnant and not sure what's up. Looking for any advice before I make a trip to the hospital. I haven't bleed my entire pregnancy if that helps.
