No uterus - when do I "start"?

So, I don't have a uterus, so I don't bleed. But I still get other period issues fairly regularly... What kind of things can I watch for and mark down for "start"?

So it got to the sort of arbitrary day that I had entered, it popped up asking basically if I was bleeding, and now I can't log anything? Sigh.

May I assume you’re taking hormones? Have you kept track of when you experience these symptoms? Or are you just now starting to

There is the option to track your moods/cramps etc using glow.
I’m guessing that you can watch for when they spike/dip & you’ll get your dates.
Track that way for a few months & I’m sure a pattern will emerge 😊

If you dont have a uterus you dont have a period so not sure what youre wanting to track curious question

not sure why you're wanting to track it. you know your body so you'll know the signs.  for ne I get acne days before I start and cramping
