Not ovulating?

I am taking ovulation tests every morning and when I am supposed to be ovulating I will get a faint line. On the box it says that a positive ovulation test is when the test line is as dark or darker than the control line. I have never seen a dark line. Does this mean I am not ovulating at all?! We have been trying for #2 for over 1 1/2 years!!

Take the tests in the afternoon, after holding your pee for at least four hours. I take mine at night

I was getting positives on the opk but that doesn't mean you actually ovulation it just means the a lh surge. my Dr also tested me through blood work for ovulation, but I think it was cycle day 18 I had to go... If your concerned, go ask to be tested!

hi hun.  if it's just a faint line then it's not postive but the hormone is present in your system. last month I was checking every day and it never got positive so I went to the doctor for blood tests on CD14 and the blood confirmed I had ovulated so you could do that. the top picture is postive.

try taking them at night... also stick them down on a peice of paper so that you can gradually see them getting darker as i have done below.  hope this helps xx
