Could it be gas?

If I can hear my baby’s stomach rumbling while I feed her Is that gas? Sometimes she’ll stop to cry for a few seconds then go back to nursing, when she’s crying she keeps balling her legs up & kicking so that makes me think it’s something with her stomach but idk.

Try to burp her when she starts crying.

It could be air getting in wth a ‘loose’ latch or a forceful letdown making her tummy fill quickly I would burp her and massage the belly, maybe even help move her legs a little to try and get things moving. I have found with my son even though I change him before feedings, he always has loud farts and poops during the feeding as if to make room, even with a full diaper having just been removed. My husband jokes that he was holding it for the next diaper lol. If the arching and issue continue talk to the ped and a lactation consultant about the issue.

Sounds like it may be gas, perhaps she's swallowing air. I would recommend seeing a lactation consultant to make sure her latch is good! 💕💕
