Pooped while delivering ?

I am so terrified that I will poop while I’m pushing . Am I the only one ? I’ve heard stories of women who are delivering. I’m scared that will happen I will forever be embarrassed lol. Any of you moms pooped while pushing ? How did it happen and was it very noticeable ? Also anyway you can avoid it ?

I’m a labor and delivery nurse and most people do. Nothing to worry about we clean it up right away. It means you’re pushing correctly if you do

I pooped when I had my son 🤷‍♀️ it happens and no ones going to judge you. The doctors have literally seen it all.

So I didntfind out I pooped during delivery until 5 years after I had my child...... My loving husband kept it to himself. Lol. 
So apparently when the nurse had thrown away the undermat that was under me, I guess that's when I had done it. There were no announcements about it from the nurse, my mom, or husband. 
Honestly, everyone is looking at your vagina so pooping is the last of your worries. Really not a big deal.

I’m made a fucking person and I’m going to slowly and painfully push it out of a very small hole in my body. I’m entitled to poop, puke, and cover the table in glitter.

Most women do & some have no idea that they did as it can be discreetly taken care of and you are so preoccupied anyway. Watch some birthing videos. There is a really great U.K. series called one born every minute. I’d watch that in prep and get used to it.

It's only natural. I'm pretty sure I'll poop too! I have IBS where I use the toilet a lot so its inevitable! However, my mom has IBS where she goes to the toilet for a number 2 about once a month if that and she didnt poo while giving birth to me or my brother so I wouldn't worry either way!

Girl, it’s nothing to be embarrassed about especially when your trying to get a baby out of your who-who!!  They wipe it up so fast you don’t even notice!

Completely normal. If you are seriously embarrassed about it and believe it will stop you from pushing properly at the time of birth then ask your OH to stand by your head. You or your OH will have no idea if you pooped as the nurses are amazing at disposing and cleaning this up without you knowing.
I pooped both times and did not care at all ( I didn’t know I did till hubby told me, but he said it in a way that he also didn’t care). My sister also pooped but her hubby told her she didn’t so she still believes to this day that she never. She is very private and gets embarrassed very easily so it was best she didn’t know.
