Can’t believe I’m saying this but....
I now HATE bread. Whenever I try to eat crackers, toast, or anything like that to help with the nausea it immediately comes back up. I mean within minutes and it feels horrible. Now whenever I try to eat just one cracker it takes me ten minutes to swallow because it literally won’t go down my throat so I just give up and spit it out.
Now I’m not sure what to eat to coat my stomach. This has been a real mess.
