My SO has tried to sleep on the couch several times after a disagreement or argument. Every time, I go get him, and bring him back to bed. 
Sleeping on the couch is childish in my opinion. No matter what we are upset about, it will not separate us. We can sleep on opposite sides of the bed but we are in this together and I will never sleep without him over a fight.

no I'll get up and go. sometimes I just need a break and a change. not fair to him if I'm the one over upset.

Nope. I have a hard time sleeping without my husband so I’m not going to punish myself because we have an argument.

No. But we did get into a huge fight once and he said he was going to sleep. We had been drinking so he passed out pretty quick. I went and got into my pjs then woke his ass up and made him come to bed.
