Someone please help!! ASAP!!!

Idk what to do my stomach hurts so bad when I stand and I can't even lean over anything at work. I think I might have a bladder infection but at the same time I don't know what's going on. Should I go to the hospital adapt or should I wait it out? It's been hurting and making me sick for a few days now and it's flaring up all of a sudden now. Please help!!
