Running mamas...
So I’m having a hard time this pregnancy with running. I feel Like it’s gas/bloating pain...but Ill stop to go to the bathroom and don’t have to go? Thinking about taking some tums prior to my runs...Has anyone else experienced this? I feel great except for this pain/pressure. Belly band doesn’t help either. I just feel like my body needs to be clear of everything to run comfortably anymore. Sigh. 😂🙄🤷♀️ I’m 25 weeks today!!!
