Working out.
I still have a little weight to lose (about 20 lbs) and I don't want to be overweight while pregnant, im currently 185. 185 is personally too much for my height and im uncomfortable. Has anyone else done a pretty intense workout program for the first trimester . My husband and I are doing t25 with shaun t on beachbody. After first trimester I plan to just do light to moderate.
I'm only 4 weeks pregnant. I don't meet with my midwife for 2 more weeks.
I don't do any dieting. I eat plant based vegan already which has changed my life.
