TTC with a Prolactinoma Clomid and Trigger Shots
Hey my name is Kristina. My husband and I have been TTC the past 3 years. I was diagnosed with a prolactinoma in Feb 2015. It is a brain tumor on my pituitary gland also known as a microadenoma. It over secrets the Hormon prolactin which can cause anovulation and other hormonal imbalances. I have had 2 miscarriages/chemical pregancies. I had my first one in July 2012 and I am currently going through my second as we speak. I am 25 years old and never thought it would be this hard to concieve. Everyone I know pretty much gets pregnant no problem. This has been a huge struggle for me emotionally and physically. We are currently see a Reproductive Endocrinologist. We will be doing clomid and trigger shot injections. This will be my fifth round of clomid and my first with the tigger shots. How bad are they?
