BF scammed by online date/porn sites?????

Ok so long story short.... my phone number is hooked up to my bf/bd’s debit card. Tonight I got this text (bottom one)

I didn’t recognize formduerep at all so I googled and came up with this

Ladies???? Wtf?????? 
Is this what it looks like? Idk what I should do I’m freaking out. We just had our first born son together in January. Why would he be on online dating sites? And why the HELL would he hook his card up to it? Not only is my mans stupid enough to cheat (if it’s what it looks like?) he’s stupid enough to hook his card up to a online porn/dating site?? I’m so shook. Help me out?????

He could have signed up to just the porn..and lots of guys do. The fact they're affiliated to dating sites might not have been something he was aware of or bothered about. I would contact you card provider before you do anything else, it's an unauthorized charge so you should be able to claw it back.
I would then approach the husband and say real casual "you know that porn site you signed up for..? You know they're scammers right? And... did you know there's also a dating site included? ..... his reaction should be your cue to how to react ;)

UPDATE: 
So I confronted him this morning and it all laid itself out. I asked him if he used his card for anything online. He was silent for a long 5 seconds and then said “yeah I used it online” I said “for what?” He just looked at me like a deer in headlights. Then he said “why don’t you just say it”. 
That’s when I knew for sure.
I said “because - I - shouldn’t have to say it!” And he said “it didn’t work anyway. It was a scam” I was like “no shit! Idc if it worked or not, you still did that!” After that he stayed silent. Looking down. I waiting for an apology or SOMETHING. And just 10 min ago he got up and left. He walked out the door and drove away. 
I’m not going to chase after him. I’m not going to try. He needs to be the one to try and fix this.
