Aromatherapy
I get sooo confused with this stuff. I want to get some stuff for my baths but I'm afraid to get anything because I've heard certain scents can cause preterm labor.
What scents (used for aromatherapy) exactly can we not use?
I've googled it and come up with iffy and totally different answers and I always forget to ask my doc.
