Promised to quit alcohol - mates bucks night

It’s my bestfriends bachelorette party soon, I’m her maid of honour and have been so excited planning her hens party. My partner has promised & also broke those same promises numerous times of ‘quitting the alcohol’ buuut has made comments about the bucks party and attending it. Am I wrong to put my foot down even though I’m attending the bachelorette party the night after the bucks? I feel as though if he goes and drinks, I’m done with this relationship. But I know he will say it’s unfair that I’m going but he needs to start respecting me and the promises he makes me :/
