Sickness

I was in hospital for awhile this week with the flu and I was getting injections to help with the morning sickness and now that I’ve come back home I’m really struggling with it without the injections I haven’t eaten at all today and it’s now 2.30pm here and I physically can’t eat anything if I try I spit it straight back up what can I do I know it’s so bad for me and baby not to eat but I just can’t 😭
