diva cup tips?

So I just bought a diva cup last night, I've been wanting to try them for a while now so I'm super excited. But I was wondering if anyone had any begginer tips that would be helpful? I'm a little nervous its gonna get stuck up there, lol.

Omg congrats it’s one of my favorite possessions! 
-You can order cup cleanser on amazon. I recommend cleaning it in the shower or at lest between every two uses.
-they make different kinds of cups, larger, thinner; thicker, smaller, softer, harder... so be aware of what you have doesn’t feel right inside
-the first few days you’re gonna need to empty it a lot more frequently or use the heavier flow style
-make sure you initially squeeze the bottom and wiggle it out a little before you pull on the stick at the end.. you don’t want it to break, never has for me 
-if you are going out and are unaware if you will come across a private bathroom, bring a bottle of water with you so that you can rinse your cup out over the toilet, unless you don’t care which I have done a couple of times since I’ve become confident about my period
**i feel so good about the switch I’ve made, if someone sees it as gross don’t even let them waste your time, you are doing a big thing by reducing your waste and not shoving chemicals up your hooha —it feels super liberating!! My flow is way more regular and tolerable.
