19 yr old with a lip tie? UPDATED

I think I have a lip tie. My mom always said she wasnt able to properly breastfeed me when I was a baby but she didnt know why, she just gave up and formula fed me (I don't blame her, she was a very young mom and probably overwhelmed and not everyone can handle the stresses of breastfeeding, especially when it seems difficult for their baby) Sorry for crappy camera quality but heres a pic of my lip

I was looking stuff up to see if maybe difficulty breastfeeding was hereditary and came across some pictures of lip ties that reminded me of my own lip. When I was a kid that frenulum part always hurt me a lot when it got stretched trying to eat something and would turn red and irritated and the skin would peel off sometimes and end up bleeding like a cut in the inside top of my lip. Pretty uncomfortable and painful for me when I was little but by now its pretty elastic and stretchy cause I have stretched it a lot over the years. But seriously, is that a lip tie? It almost comes down between my teeth. My boyfriends lip doesnt look like mine. I dont suspect that I have a tongue tie.

Hey! So, update, my mom had a lip tie too as a kid and both my siblings have it. She got surgery for hers but didn't get it for us because she said it was an awful experience. WELP!
