I’m 38+5 and told that I have to get a cesarean

FTM here! So I had it in my mind that I’d be doing a vaginal birth totally prepared for it and everything, but no! Baby girl is breech. Dr says she has officially run out of room because she went through a slight growth spurt. Her original due date was April 16 but it’s looking to be April 11th or 12th.

What was the worst part for you guys? When were you back on your feet? When are you able to drive? Sex? Anything you can think of? Oh another thing I heard that you get excess gas stored in the body can you take gas-x for it? ( I had laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and the excess gas was so uncomfortable Dr said I could take it to relieve the gas pressure). Any advice would be great! Thank you 🙏🏼

UPDATE!!!

I had my baby girl Vivian in April 11 via c section. She is 8lbs and 20.5” long. My surgery went well and I’m doing just fine. Thank you to everyone for all your help and much needed advice.
