PCOS and pregnancy

Hello, im married for 10 months now. I have irregular periods. I last had period on feb 21 2015. Later 3 months no periods shown up. Then on my doctors suggestion, i took noretisterone pills (5mg) for 5 days, which started on june 11th till june 15th as she said i have PCOS. Now after 5 days off the pill, breakthrough bleeding started today (21st june). I and my husband are really up for having a little one now. So, my concern is, when is the right time to try?
