What would you suggest

Can you consult 2 Gynea at the same time? Reason being I'm like my on Gynea to whom I'm going right now but she is far from my place and other one which I'm thinking is within 5 miles, what do you think as pregnancy grows you should stay near to your house and consult near by doc or what if I continue with my far away Gynea? I'm just concerned about emergency cases, what if I require doc immediately and it takes 15-20 mins to reach my current gyne but if traffic I'm stuck for at least 1-1:30 hrs. Just a bit concerned, what week would be best time if I need to change, also can I go to any hospital during emergency? I'm in U.S.
