Pregnancy signs

So me and my hubby been thinking I was pregnant. I still get my period my last period was in n March 20 and this month my husband had a dream 3 nights in a row of fish . So did his mom and my close cousin . I gained weight in my stomach. My husband had the signs throwing up . Weird food cravings . This month my boobs leak white clear liquid and I went to the hospital they told me I couldn’t get a blood test and I couldn’t get an ultrasound I don’t think my urine will pick it up yet
