Diaper Bags

I need suggestions for a good diaper bag!!! I have looked and looked and just can't find one I "love". We won't find out what baby is for almost 2 more weeks, but if baby's a girl, my husband refuses to carry a pink diaper bag. I'm looking for something preferably gender neutral but not all-boring black.

Has anyone bought their diaper bag yet? What did you buy and why?
