Can you get pregnant on your period? Am I pregnant?

I took a family trip me, my 18 month old and my husband. The night before we left I started bleeding lightly (My period usually last 3-5 day). By the second day my husband was super horny and we had sex in the shower. The 3rd day it got super light and almost gone. We had sex every night the rest of the time we were there and he claims he came in me one time I was on top. This Friday would be 7 weeks I haven’t had my period, I have spotted a couple times and it went away. I took 2 pregnancy and they were both negative. I don’t see my doctor until the next 2 weeks.

My question is..... Can I be pregnant and it’s too early? My first child didn’t show up until 6 week on a home test.
