Somebody please help!!

So I have had two previous tubal pregnancies on my left tube(saved by surgery and methotrexate). I am currently 5 weeks 3 days and having an annoying feeling on my left side just like before. But the dr said I ovulated on my right...however I know my left side could still pick up the egg from a right drop...but my question is can anyone tell me if the felt their scarring from a previous tubal pregnancy while they were pregnant with abnormal pregnancy? Please I'm losing my mind and so emotional!! I just want to keep my baby so so very badly!!!
