Freaking out!

So I have been bleeding a little for a couple of days now. It’s extremely light. I only see the blood when I wipe after using the bathroom. According to the app my period isn’t supposed to come for another week. I never start spotting so soon when it comes to my period. I went to google to see what it could be. Something came up called “implantation bleeding”(please google it cause it’s a whole lot to explain) I just wanna know what should I do. Should I take a pregnancy test? I’m not having any kind of period cramps or anything. Help! Help! Help!
