HELP NEEDED PLEASE!!

Today I'm 12/13 DPO. tested and a BFN. my SO and I had sex last night and this morning I woke up to EWCM tinted a little pink/red. every time I wipe now, there's EWCM tinted with a little pink. AF due Tuesday/Wednesday. is this just beginning stages of AF? anyone experienced this?
