Hi everyone I am 13 dpo. I got an extremely faint line yesterday when I tested. Felt what I thought was implantation pain yesterday, have had low back pain, and nausea. Today I just wiped and I see this. Is this implantation, my period about to begin, or an ectopic (I had one before in October). So scared right now.
