Which Tests Should I Ask For?

In August 2017 my HSG revealed blockage in both tubes. So they're talking

which I'm not gonna do cuz I don't have that $$$. I finished a bottle of Serrapeptase and those two popular Chinese teas. Around the same time, my iron was really low and I had to get infusions. I recently made an appointment because I need to get my iron checked and because I was 5 days late at the time. Period came 2 days later. My cycles are usually 25-28 days. This time it was 33! I'm really interested in taking supplements to improve my chances of conceiving naturally. I'd really like to ask for tests that will help me figure out what supplements to take. Which tests should I ask for? Thank you for your suggestions.
