5htp supplement.....late period
So, I started taking 50mg of 5htp for 2 weeks. my period in now 5 days late. I'm never late. i took 2 pregnancy test both say negative. I have now stopped taking the supplement. Anyone else have experience with missed periods from 5htp? if Yes, did you stop? how long until your cycle went back to normal? am I getting a false negative test? ahhh I'm going crazy not knowing!
