Squats & Lifting
So do squats and/or lifting really make your legs and butt look great? I've seen squat challenges and heard of lifting doing wonders but I'm just curious from you ladies. I want to work on my legs and butt like tone them and make them "thicker" in today's terms lol but I don't even know where to start! Please drop any tips or advise you have! (Workouts would be appreciated) ✨
