7 weeks pp and having very hard time losing weight
I had a vaginal delivery and exclusively breastfeed. I gained 60 lbs in my pregnancy and lost s total of 30 but I’ve been stuck for almost 2 weeks. Please help!!! I really need to lose the remaining 30.
Any other moms in the same boat? What have you done to lose your baby weight?
