Nipple discharge?

I am on birth control, recently I have only had one day where I missed the pill. I usually take I️t with an hour or 2 of the time I plan on. I have been making lots of love with my boyf recently and read that nipple discharge could just be from stimulation. 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s been a while since I’ve had any kind of stimulation and there is still discharge when I squeeze them. (This has never ever happened to me & I’m 20) I honestly have no idea what to do so I’ve kind of been freaking out. Can someone give me some words of wisdom? Should I take a pregnancy test?
