What does your nausea feel like

This is a dumb question but like I think I feel nauseous? I just don't know how to explain It. To me it feels like an empty stomach but I'm not hungry at all and if I think about it long enough it feels like I could throw up but I know I won't. Laying on my back helps, it's worse when I lay on my side.

Nausea for me feels like the emptiness you describe, like you know you're feeling it partly because you're hungry but whenever you think about food it literally makes you feel a million times worse! I usually get mine in the morning and I have to have a couple of biscuits to line my stomach almost as soon as I open my eyes else I am literally dry heaving & can't stop it for like 15mins! It can also come in waves across my stomach like I'm on a boat and getting sea sick - if it happens that way I feel horrible for about half hour. I can also be mid sentence and just have to stop talking because suddenly I feel nauseous and like I'm going to be sick if I carry on speaking lol! I've only actually been sick about 2-3 times this pregnancy and it's because my stomachs been empty not because of anything I've ate, I'm now 15w+3d & the nausea is subsiding but still there in the background! I had horrible horrible horrible morning (all day) sickness in my first pregnancy and in comparison I really don't know what's worse - sickness or nausea! Hopefully you find a way to manage it and it settles for you soon! ☺️✨

Mine usually feels like car sickness during the day, whether I vomit or not, but when I wake up in the morning and go to be in the evening it feels like an empty stomach (even though I’m not hungry).
