Anyone else???

Anyone else having a hard time with contractions, but not enough dilation??

I've been having contractions every 5mins since 9:30 last night. Came to hospital and got sent home😭😭 They said I was 1cm at 1:30am and 3cm at 7am.......They also said these aren't the contractions that make my cervix dilate😭😭😭😭😭😭 I am frustrated and exhausted mommas 😥😥😥😥 what am I supposed to do at home now???? 😭😭 someone help please 😢😢😢

Contractions are frkn gone.... why is the last week so stressful😩😩
