Hey y’all. So I’ve been off birth control now since December 20. And I still haven’t had a period. We’re not going out of our way to get pregnant, but I’m kinda worried since I’m not, but the kicker is I still haven’t had a period either. I went to the gyno and he was no help. What do y’all think ? Should I have him give me a prescription to send me into a period cycle? Let it play its course ? Or what? Thank you!

Let it play its course I didn’t get my period for a few months after stopping the pill. Your body is adjusting.

I've been off the pill since November with no period. my doctor said for some women it will take up to six months for their period to regulate, especially if you were irregular before going on birth control. she said that an OB really won't do anything for at least six months, so if I'm not pregnant by May she will make a referral for me to see the OB.

What should I do?
