Protein bars/shakes during pregnancy
So I have had a taste for peanut butter protein bars for quite a while now and I’m 24 weeks pregnant. I have read there are benefits to having the right protein bars and shakes and I honestly feel like I have been lacking in some type of vitamin or proteins and thought about having a protein bar for a snack. I also do peanuts and other snacks with protein but sometimes feel like its not enough. Has any mommas done protein bars or shakes as a snack and felt a difference?
