Weird pains ...

I’m 5dpo and I keep getting these horrible aching pains in my left ovary area which radiates down to the top of my leg? I’ve never experienced this before!

Any ideas what it could be? Is it a good sign that this month is the month? Has anyone else had this?

I’ve also had like 2 migraines in the last week which isn’t normal for me either but I’m not so concerned about that more these weird pains!
