Strong pain sneezing

Second pregnancy here at 9w2d. My first baby was born via csection and with this pregnancy l feel pain in what feels like my scar... when l sneeze I feel like the right side of my scar tissu (inside) is ready to burst or lifts up and l feel like a stabbing pain. Worried this doesn't do any good to the baby has anyone had this before and know what it is? Still not be seen by anyone yet l have my first midwife booking appointment tomorrow (UK) and then scan early May. Should l raise this as a concern and ask for earlier scan to see what's going on inside or is it normal after a csection! Had the operation 4 years ago so healing shouldn't be the issue?
