Help! First time getting my nails done. Need advice

Hey guys, so I’m gonna be going in for my first ever manicure. I’m a nail biter and I know my nails look disgusting. I know nothing about manicures or what to ask for. What would you get if you were me? I don’t want anything dramatic or uncomfortable. I really like looking natural. Also like to be able to grip things. I’d appreciate the advice. I’m not well versed on any kind of girly stuff but I’m trying to change that. Thanks!
