Sitting up before rolling over?

Do some babies skip development milestones? I always assumed that babies learn to roll over before they learn to pull themselves up. My guy is 3.5 months and has never shown interest in rolling over but he certainly is determined to pull him self into a sitting position.😊

My baby rolled a few times. However she sat up on her own around 4 months? No support. She didn't start consistently rolling until 6 months.

My brother in law never crawled. He skipped over it and started walking lol not all babies hit developmental milestones in the same order or at the same time. Every baby is different! But with sitting up and rolling over, he'll obviously do both at some point or another.
