Anyone with jaw pain/tmj?

Is my 6th day with jaw pain. No tooth related, I never had this problem before. Only tylenol and ice make me feel better. Anyone has the same?

I struggled with tmj even before I was pregnant. Avoid caffiene, if you aren't already, use a mouthguard at night to relieve stress on the jaw joint, and massage in a downward motion with your knuckles. Hope you find something that helps!

I had this with my second son! I woke up with a tight jaw it scared me so bad I woke my husband freaking out! He calmed me down and it went away! So weird though never had it before then!
